Furthermore it is expected that Note 3 will offer more storage options than Samsung Galaxy is offering in U.S. The Korean manufacturer might plan to increase the storage of the Note 3 model, as the ‘phablet’ is said to offer 32GB storage. Regarding the RAM amount, some sources have informed that the Note 3 phablet might offer 3GB of memory as compared to 2GB offered by Samsung Galaxy S4.

Glass display vs. Plastic flexible display

Reagrding the display of Samsung’s Note 3, some rumors says that the display size will be 5.99 or even 6.0 inches and Note 3 will have a full-HD Super AMOLED display with diamond pixel structure like the Galaxy S 4.
But the most interesting rumors lately are claiming that Note 3 is going to be the first phone in the world using the plastic OLED flexible display technology. The plastic OLED technology is different from the Youm flexible curved and rollaway display technology presented at CES in January. It is expected that Note 3 will be a more powerful and better-equipped phone than the Galaxy S4. With the growing demand for build quality, Samsung is adopting new design philosophy and hopefully Note 3 will come up with innovations in this chapter.

Apart from that, all other features are the same for both models. They have same 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel, 2GB of RAM, 2,600mAh battery,13MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera.

Both versions of Galaxy S4 devices can be unlocked to work with compatible GSM networks.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, on the other hand, is the second generation version of the 7 inch tablet from tablet and is quite popular in the market, although not as much as Amazon Kindle Fire and Google Nexus 7. Although the resolution of the IPL LCD display of iPad mini at 1,024 x 768 pixels is better than the resolution of Samsung Tab at 1,024 x 600 pixels, Galaxy tab has better pixel density of 169ppi compared to iPad’s 162ppi.

With respect to storage, Galaxy Tab is available in two models of 16 GB and 32 GB while iPad Mini is available in three models of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. However, the internal memory of Galaxy Tab can be expanded up to 64GB using the microSD card while no such facility is available with the iPad. Moving on to the processing power, both devices are almost equally effective on this front. Galaxy Tab comes with dual core 1GHz processor while iPad mini is equipped with dual core A5 processor which is almost equally efficient.

Talking about the software and operating systems, Galaxy Tab comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and so far there is no word as to whether it would have Jelly Bean update or not. iPad Mini, on the other hand, runs in the latest Apple mobile platform, iOS6. While the freedom offered by Android is valued by a large number of customers, there are many who prefer the large number of quality apps available on iOS.

With respect to the primary camera, iPad has an edge over Galaxy Tab with a 5 megapixel back end camera, compared to Tab’s 3 megapixel camera. iPad also has 1.2 megapixel front facing camera while Galaxy Tab is equipped with a basic VGA front facing camera. Finally, Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is a bit moderately priced compared to iPad Mini. The smaller body of mini Galaxy S3 comes with a 4 inch Super AMOLED display, although the resolution has been toned down to 480 x 800 pixels. Remaining technical specs of the device have also been toned down and people who were expecting that no change other than size would take place would have to face a bit of a disappointment. Unlike the larger version, this one would come with a 1 GHz dual core processor along with a RAM memory of 1GB. The actual Galaxy S3, on the other hand, is equipped with a quad core Exynos processor. Further, Galaxy S3 mini would be available in two choices of 8 GB and 16 GB. Besides, internal memory can be expanded up to 32 GB with the help of the microSD card.
