The South Korean manufacturer introduced this year, one of the most advanced smartphones available in the market right now., the Samsung Galaxy S4. Like its predecessors the S4 has gain popularity really fast although is facing stong competition. The device was praised for its hardware and software specifiacations but it is also criticized for the lack of creativity regarding the design and components quality. Now the market is shifting attention towards the upcoming flagship phone of Samsung, the Galaxy Note 3 we have spoked before.

The Note line-up series like S series has been enjoying fantastic success. With an oversized display and the increasing popularity of the ‘phablet’ concept, Samsung is trying to keep hitting the market with the new Note. Currently there is no confirmation whether Note 3 will come up with new improved innovative tech and software features comparing with Galaxy S4. We’re left with the rumors till the Korean manufacturer will make any announcement on Note 3.

Powerful processors

Though Samsung Galaxy S4 one of the most powerful smartphone in the mobile market right now, we hope Note 3 is going to bring tough challenge to it. Samsung Galaxy S4 comes up with a Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor running at 1.9 GHz and in some regions Samsung offers PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU and the new Exynos 5 Octa 5410 processor. In former, SGS4 also presents Adreno 320 graphics and it also offers two quad-core chips for a total of eight cores. Moreover, there is Cortex-A15 architecture in one of the quad-core units and it is clocked at 1.6GHz and another quad-core is of Cortex-A7 type and its frequency is 1.2 GHz. The news about Note 3 is that this ‘phablet’ will come up with an Exynos 5 Octa Core without considering the retail market. Note 3 will present one model, one processor and the CPU will come along a Mali 450 graphics chip boasting 8 cores

Memory and RAM capacity

For the U.S market, only the 16GB model of Galaxy S4 has been available and CNET soon informed that Smasung is planning to expand its storage up to a 32GB model, that it will be available for AT&T customers on May 10. Furthermore it is expected that Note 3 will offer more storage options than Samsung Galaxy is offering in U.S. The Korean manufacturer might plan to increase the storage of the Note 3 model, as the ‘phablet’ is said to offer 32GB storage. Regarding the RAM amount, some sources have informed that the Note 3 phablet might offer 3GB of memory as compared to 2GB offered by Samsung Galaxy S4.

Glass display vs. Plastic flexible display

Reagrding the display of Samsung’s Note 3, some rumors says that the display size will be 5.99 or even 6.0 inches and Note 3 will have a full-HD Super AMOLED display with diamond pixel structure like the Galaxy S 4.
But the most interesting rumors lately are claiming that Note 3 is going to be the first phone in the world using the plastic OLED flexible display technology. The plastic OLED technology is different from the Youm flexible curved and rollaway display technology presented at CES in January. Though Samsung has announced last week that flexible display commercialization will suffer some delays and most probably the company can’t face mass production right now.
Also the OLED Association is supposing that maybe Samsung will produce the Note 3 with flexible plastic displays for some exclusivist markets while the rest will get the classic glass display.
And as many customers seem unhappy with design and use of cheap plastic in the Galaxy S4, hopefully Note 3 won’t disappoint them.

It is expected that Note 3 will be a more powerful and better-equipped phone than the Galaxy S4. With the growing demand for build quality, Samsung is adopting new design philosophy and hopefully Note 3 will come up with innovations in this chapter.
It is expected that the manufacturer will unveil the Note 3 in September, at Berlin’s IFA 2013.

So you still have to wait for the mysterious Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and if you consider to buy the upcoming device, just don’t forget that you’ ll have the possibility to unlock the phone and use it with any convenient GSM network.

Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S4 in two different configurations one equipped with much-hyped Exynos Octa-core and the other identical twin has employed a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600. When comparing the particular version of Samsung’s flagship with the Snapdragon 600 powered model, both look very identical but on close observation of intricate antenna, slight differences come into appearance. Both devices have very different boards but Samsung has managed to keep the same design in every other aspect.

Depending on the processor, S4 can be seen in four different versions:
• GT-19500 having the Exynos 5 Octa 5410 chipset clocked at 1.6GHz
• dual-SIM I9502 for China offering the same specifications;
• SHV-E300, the Korean dedicated version with the same chip clocked at 1.8GHz
• I9505 that use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 clocked at 1.9GHz.

The Korean model can be caught from three major operators in South Korea. The Exynos-powered I9500 is presently not available in North America but an online retailer, Negri Electronics is having Octa-core device in stock.
The Galaxy S 4 stands as the very first device that features the homegrown Exynos 5 Octa 5410 chip, which is an eight-core CPU with amazing Technologies Power VR SGX 544MP3 GPU and 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and the 5410′s eight processing cores set up in RAM.

The purchase decision depends on whether you are interested in LTE or not. Unlike the Snapdragon version, the Samsung Octacore version doesnt support LTE so no 4G. The I9500 is capable of using quad-band HSPA+ and quad-band GSM / EDGE and the Exynos 5410 has a radio that can support up to 20 different global LTE frequencies.

Moreover there are four energy-efficient Cortex-A7 cores as well as four high-performance Cortex-A15 cores in LITTLE architecture style. Jobs that require power up to 1.2GHz will be handled by the A7s; if more power is needed then the A15s will turn on. There are total four cores capable of even operating at 200MHz.

The Korean SHV-E300 offers good technology in a sense that can be compatible with the LTE faster tech and this will work well in Asia.
For the USA users, the only LTE option is to select from the Snapdragon 600 powered device as it can be used on all seven networks capable of carrying the device. It might be bad news for those planning to purchase an unlocked Exynos model and use it with compatible LTE.
Apart from that, all other features are the same for both models. They have same 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel, 2GB of RAM, 2,600mAh battery,13MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera.

Both versions of Galaxy S4 devices can be unlocked to work with compatible GSM networks.

Samsung is working hard to increase its family of Galaxy devices so it just have released the new mid-range Galaxy Core smartphone which offers dual-SIM support technology. Though Galaxy Core is build as a modest device Samsung aims to provide users with dual-core processing power, which allows multitasking.

The handset comes up with features like 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch WVGA (800 x 480) low end display resolution, TFT LCD, 1GB of RAM, 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash as well as VGA front camera. The camera offers video recording to 480p. Further more it has 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot that can enhance storage up to 64GB. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and possesses Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, and powerful 1,800mAh battery. There is Samsung’s TouchWiz UI plastered over the top.

With dual-SIM support technology, Samsung has brought the device that provides its users the opportunity to use both SIMs simultaneously in the device. Moreover the device is accompanied with software features that Samsung offers with Samsung Galaxy S4 software, such as S voice and Smart Alert. Galaxy Core’s dual-SIM technology and smart features make it capable of voice command functionality. It has Google’s Android Jelly Bean operating system with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface which provides Galaxy specific features for example Smart Stay. This functionality works when the user is looking at the screen and when user is looking away, it saves battery by diminishing the screen. Smart Alert technology keeps the user alert about messages and missed calls the device receives. There is software, rounding out, which works to allow simple functions such as mute or refresh with simple motion command.

Samsung is planning to launch the dual-SIM Galaxy Core this month. The single-SIM variant Galaxy Core is planed to be launched in July but the availability of the smartphone depends on the market. Samsung has not released any announcement about the pricing and availability of the smartphone.

We provide unlocking services for Samsung Galaxy Core, so you can place an order and get the unlock code for your phone.

After many rumors about the launch of Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8, finally it has been officially revealed and would be shortly available in markets of Europe and Russia in May. The Galaxy Mega 5.8 has a marvelous gigantic 5.8-inch display working on a quite low resolution of qHD 540 x 960 pixels with189ppi. It simply means that the screen is not sharpest like others therefore its jagged edges as well as the pixelization would be easy observable.

The Galaxy Mega 5.8 presents some latest features that are also found in the Galaxy S4. Moreover it is said that some other features like splitting screen function, camera modes such as Drama Shot and Sound will also be available pre-loaded on the device. The handset will also bring features like Samsung’s S Travel and Story Album.

The Mega 5.8 as well as Galaxy Mega 6.3 will also serve, as test bowls for Samsung and it will evaluate the interest of users in large screen phones. Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 has great specifications including 5.8” qHD screen, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 1.4GHz dual-core chip, 1.5GB RAM and excellent capturing capacities with 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera. The phone also posses 8GB Internal Memory and micro SD cards slot that expands storage up to 64GB. More features include HSPA+ 21Mbps and connectivity with Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, BT 4.0 with BLE, USB 2.0 H/S, and GPS＋GLONASS. Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is very handy as its thickness is only 9.0mm and it is182g in weight.

Some sources reported that Samsung has still no plan to launch Mega 5.8 in UK market but Galaxy Mega 6.3 will be available for the markets in UK. If still someone wants to have the Mega 5.8 then the phone would probably be available through some third-party retailers. Some news says that Samsung has decided to launch the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 in mid of the May and the launch of Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is also expected in the same period of time with the Mega 6.3.

DigiTimes has informed that Samsung expects to 1 million orders for the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 as it has requested for 1 million touch panels to Giantplus Technology and Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT). These are the main supplier companies that will provide 5.8-inch touch panels to Samsung. Though Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 has been exposed yesterday the panel shipments will start in May and June. Like in the case of Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos with 2 million panel shipments per month, Samsung is also expecting great success with the new Galaxy Mega Smartphone. As the market of large displays is continually growing, Samsung is expecting that Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 and Galaxy Mega 6.3 smartphones would have large market demands.

You can see below how exactly big these smartphones are in comparison with other flagship devices of the the moment.

And dont’t forget that we also provide unlocking services for all these huge screen devices.

Samsung has officially announced the availability of Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet in US, coming in just two days, on Thursday, April 11th. The 8-inch Galaxy Note is a direct rival of iPad mini. Surprisingly it is charged at a higher price than Apple and double price than Google’s Nexus 7 tablet. The Note 8.0 offers 16GB internal storage and Wi-Fi-only version for cost of $399. Actually its high price is somehow justified by the fact that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8-incher presents more capable internal features than iPad mini.

About the specifications of Note 8.0, it is equipped with an Exynos 4 Quad 1.6GHz processor along with 2GB of RAM, 8-inch 1280X800 pixel display and 5 megapixel rear camera. For quick sketching and notes taking it has S pen, furthermore its internal storage can be increased by the microSD card.

A buyer has to spend $399 for a Galaxy Note 8.0 and gets as a bonus 50GB Dropbox storage allowance at least for two years, Google play gift card at a cost of $25 and Samsung Music Hub with one month unlimited music streaming. The price is a little bit high when compared to, Google’s Nexus 7, which costs $200 and 8-inch iPad mini at a cost of $329.

Note 8.0 is not just a tablet with S pen board but it also combines exciting TouchWiz software tricks that are derived from high profile Galaxy series, all of that being available in a more compact pocket tablet size. Samsung has borrowed some special features from other great products such as Note 10.1’s display (189 ppi pixel density). Moreover Note 8.0 has shared some elements of Samsung phones with chrome accents, rear camera module and a significant build like Note II and Galaxy S III. In short Note 8.0 is a best addition in Note line and there is great market demand for it.

Samsung has always cared to maintain the company’s position among the best product providers therefore it is also concerned about the look of Note 8.0 tablet. The Note 8.0 enhanced the significance of the shelves when displayed and without being slippery it gives a soft touch in hand. Furthermore it is very light in weight and wide at 210.8 x 135.9 x 7.95mm (8.3 x 5.4 x 0.31 inches) as well as easy to handle in single hand. For long hour users, Note 8.0 is a good choice because it would not fatigue their wrist.

There are many lovers of Sony brand out there but on the other hand Samsung has also a whole crowd of fans. Both are popular and well appreciated brands among general masses but when it’s race for the comparison their smartphones Xperia Z and Galaxy S4 both are critically analyzed. The question arises which one is better than the other?

The very basic thing that captures the attention of an onlooker is the design of an smartphone. The visual quality of Xperia Z is remarkable as its rectangular shape completely conveys a stylish as well as decent appearance. When you grab Xperia Z into your hands it really appears to others that this is something impressive. Other than this the stylish looking smartphone is a little bit bulky and difficult to carry. Moreover its sharp edged back and front body feels not so comfortable when you hold the phone in the palm of your hand. Apart from that when it comes to design, its glassy body takes it step ahead to plastic made Samsung Galaxy S4.

Merely plastic body can’t prove Galaxy S4 as something less than Xperia Z. It provides comfortable feelings when you hold it in your hand, having similar large display but still lighter and smaller as compared to Xperia Z. Of course every customer is free to go for his or her choice but it is suggested to make a wise decision before making any purchase. Besides than its plastic body, you can’t neglect the smart looking Samsung Galaxy S4 for the cool but at the same time bulky Xperia Z.
Another important thing to look for at these smartphones is their display. Everybody prefers to have 5” display along with full HD resolution. Luckily both the smartphones are equipped with this feature but the difference comes when the focus is on the screen. The Super AMOLED panel of Samsung Galaxy S4 allows it to present better colors with high quality view. On the other hand Xperia Z possess LCD screen which doesn’t really provide such a lively screen to enjoy with. Both Galaxy S4 with PenTile Matrix and Xperia Z have approximately same display quality.

Let’s take a look now on the technical features differentiating these devices.

When it comes to user interface and functionality features Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with an advantage called Android 4.2.2 vs. the past Android 4.1 of the Sony Xperia Z. Even though the update for Xperia Z will come at some point, Samsung did really well with the software updates for company’s older phones so this is certainly a guarantee for the good support you’ll have for the S4. S4 is also over Xperia Z when it comes to responsive and customizable UI features.

Processor – Memory – Camera

The Snapdragon 600 processor of the S4 is a new generation one in comparison with the little bit older but still powerful, capable chipset Snapdragon S4 Pro of the Xperia Z.
Both devices are featured with 2GB of RAM and microSD cards but different internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S4 comes in different versions with 16, 32 and 64GB while Xperia Z is only available with 16GB of built-in memory.

As for the camera both device have the capacity to record impressive photos and videos but once again Galaxy S4 seems to be more versatile with its 13MP camera that the tests proved to be slightly better than the 13MP Xperia Z’s camera. Galaxy S4 delivers more natural colors, with better clarity and smaller amount of noise.
We tend to give the prize to SGS4 also due to other qualities such as being smaller and lighter, having bigger battery, better screen, IR Blaster, new touch screen technology, air gestures, and many more. Though Xperia Z attracts by its looks it seems SGS4 is the winner of the race.

If your next flagship smartphone is the impressive Samsung Galaxy S4, just don’t forget that you can use our service in order to unlock Samsung Galaxy S4 and use this new device with any GSM network provider over the world.

We were all impatient to see the new star of Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S IV. The outstanding success of Galaxy S3 put many of us in the position of waiting the Galaxy S4 to be revealed before deciding which would be our choice for the next best friend phone ever! Samsung is now in the top of Android world and mainly thanks to the Galaxy series, which debuted in 2010 with the very first Samsung Galaxy S. Since than, the Seoul-based company (founded by Lee Byung-Chull in 1938) has continually improved the cutting edge technology, design, performance and premium features of its phones, being the company who first introduced the term of “smartphone” through Samsung Star model in 2009.

Samsung Galaxy S4 was officially revealed on March 14 at the “Unpacked Event” which took place in New York at Radio City Music Hall and was presented by JK Shin, Samsung’s head of mobile communications. Unlike the previous years the competitive environment of the Android world has bring to surface tough, powerful competitors for the S4 and we’re talking here about HTC One and Sony Xperia Z.
As rumours about S4 were mostly accurate, we already have a general idea of the device capability. So let’s take a closer look on Galaxy S4 design, performance and feature and find out which are the chances for this device to go in the top of Android devices.

Design

The design didn’t come with such a big surprise as its fans were expecting, being very similar and almost unchanged comparing to Galaxy S3. Despite the considerable dimensions, the design it’s not bad, it feels very lightweight and confortable to hold. The plastic case is the same used for Galax S3 or at least it fells just the same although the S4 is smaller and lighter with dimensions of 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9mm. We give a big plus for the design of HTC One at this chapter. HTC is also being more provocative and aggressive in promoting its flagship then ever before. While the unveiling event for the S4, HTC UK even tweeted with the following message to Samsung UK: “ “Plastic is not fantastic, my friend “. HTC One is full metal and it feels and looks incredible cool indeed.

Screen

Samsung Galaxy S4 has an incredible sharped, 5″ full HD super AMOLED display with a diagonal measuring 5 inches, 1080 x 1920 pixels, with a pixel density of 441 ppi and off course protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. With such a quality screen the way is open for amazing multimedia experiences as images, video and games.

Features

The S4 is equipped with a new generation processor, which would be either a Samsung Exynos 5, or a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, depending on the region. Apparently in the US, the S4 will feature a 1.9GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and other markets will get a 1.6Ghz Exynos 5 octa-core processor. The device will feature 2 GB of RAM, 16, 32 or 64 GB internal storage and a removable 2,600 mAh battery, which certainly it’ caring the device through the day. Removable battery and Micro SD card seem to be SIV advantages over HTC ONE and Sony Xperia Z.

Samsung Galaxy S4 camera has a 13MP sensor on the back capable of autofocus, touch focus, face detection, auto night detection and anti shake image stabilization and a new functionality called Dual Shot. Dual Shot lets you snap shots with both the front and back cameras and integrates them into a single scene. This sensor can take over 100 shots in 4 seconds and selects the more accurate one in order to create a single best frame. Other camera features are Eraser mode and Cinema mode we’ve also seen on Nokia Lumia phones recently. The Cinema Mode lets you shoot videos and than choose the part in the video that you want to keep while the background is moving.

These all being said we’re waiting to have our hands on the device as we thing Samsung Galaxy S4 has all chances to be the best Android smartphone of the year.

The market of tablets has saturated to a considerable extent and at times it becomes really hard for a person to decide upon a single tablet. Other than Apple’s iPad, which happens to be the most popular tablet of all time, there are a variety of good Android based tablets with pretty impressive specs. Among the Android tablets, two most popular tablets are Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 from Samsung. Galaxy Note 10.1 is the tablet equivalent of Samsung’s “phablet” Galaxy Note. Galaxy Tab 2, on the other hand, is the second generation version of Samsung’s most popular tablet.

Technical specs of both these tablets are quite impressive. Galaxy Note 10.1 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with a quad core 1.4 GHz processor in conjunction with 2 GB of RAM memory. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, on the other hand, is equipped with 1 GHz dual core processor and 1 GB of RAM. So clearly in the department of processing power, Galaxy Note has an edge over Galaxy Tab. Galaxy Note is available in three models of 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB while Galaxy Tab is only available in 16 GB and 32 GB models. Besides, the internal memory of Galaxy Note 10.1 can be expanded up to 64 GB using the microSD card while the memory expansion is allowed up to 32 GB for Galaxy Tab 2.

In the camera department, Galaxy Note 10.1 once again has a clear edge on Galaxy Tab 2 10.0. Note comes with 5 megapixel backend camera in addition to a 1.3 megapixel front end camera. Galaxy Tab 2, on the other hand, has a 3 megapixel backend camera and VGA camera on the front end.

There are several similarities between the two tablets as well. For instance, both tablets come with PLS TFT displays with equal sizes of 10.1 inches and with same pixel density and resolution. Other than that, both tablets run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, have support for 3G and come with equal weight.

Overall, while there are several similar features in both tablets, Galaxy Note 10.1 has some clear advantages over Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. However, Galaxy Note 2 is also expensive compared to Galaxy Tab. At the end, choice of the tablet largely depends upon the personal requirements of the customers. If you are looking for a tablet with best high end specs and don’t mind spending a few extra bucks, you should definitely go for Galaxy Note 10.1, other Galaxy Tab 10.1 can be a very good option.

Unlock Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

If you want to use these devices in any compatible mobile network and take full benefit you just have to unlock them. You can unlock Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 with us, at a price starting from $ 19.75.

Galaxy Beam from Samsung is without any doubt one of the most innovative and original smartphones in the market at present. Come to think of it, the phone has an entire build-in projector which can virtually convert your TV launch into a home theatre. This can be useful in several cases. For example, if you want to make slides for a presentation and cannot or don’t want to have access to a laptop, you can simply do it on your phone. Watching YouTube clips, movies and displaying large sized images are among other uses.

Other than these advantages, Samsung has brought some very interesting utilities that would enhance the fun of using Galaxy Beam. For example, Quick Pad is a utility that allows the users to draw and write to the screen in order to project visual ideas. Then there is a utility named Visual Presenter which can convert the phone into an overhead projector. Another interesting feature is Ambience Mode, which comes with a lot of animations or video and photographic slide shows which can be projected for a set duration.

The phone, however, requires fairly dark environment to work properly. Even if there is ambient light in the room, it won’t work the way it is supposed to. So to get the best results from the phone, you would have to use the projector under fairly dark conditions. The projector does result in a bit increased weight of the phone but the difference is not a pain in the neck.

Other than the amazing feature of the projector, rest of the technical specs of the phone aren’t very impressive. It has an average resolution of 640 x 360 pixels and beyond a couple of meters, the projector loses focus and the image quality starts deteriorating. Understandably, Samsung has provided two batteries for this phone since using the projector would mean consuming a lot of battery power. A single 2,000mAh battery can provide a projecting power for as long as three hours, but if you are not using the projector, the phone would keep running for many hours.

Another downside to this device is that it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, while most of the latest devices are powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and we even have Jelly Bean just around the corner. Overall, while the technical specs of Samsung Galaxy Beam might not be as impressive as most high end devices in the market, the feature of projector inside a smartphone makes it quite worth it.

Unlock Samsung Galaxy Beam

If you want to use this device in any compatible mobile network, you have to unlock Samsung Galaxy Beam with us. This procedure is very simple and doesn’t cost much.
